Nationwide Shipping
1. Standard Products (Non-Customized/Non-Personalized):
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day, provided that payment is confirmed and stock is available. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
2. Customized & Personalized Products:
Customized digital artwork may take 3-4 days. Original handmade artwork ships within 7-10 business days. However, linseed oil paintings and special portrait work may require additional time due to the detailed crafting process. Customized and personalized items are shipped only after passing a quality inspection.
Note that during peak times, such as holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping. We cannot ship to military addresses or PO boxes. Deliveries to remote or rural areas might face additional delays. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply. We cannot predict which shipments will incur such fees or their amounts. In the case of order refusal, either the cost of the products or the return shipping charges will be applied.
Each product undergoes a final quality check before being securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. These partners ensure prompt and safe delivery to the correct address. If any delivery issues arise, our partners will quickly contact you to resolve them and ensure your satisfaction. We focus on transparency and efficiency throughout the process and are always available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re dedicated to providing excellent service at every step.

Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placement without incurring a penalty, except for a 4% bank fee. After 8 hours, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel, please email our Customer Support Team at info@giftaze.com or giftazeofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
GIFTaze Cancellations:
GIFTaze reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of order confirmation or payment receipt. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.
If delivery issues arise due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or unavailable recipient), any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Replacement, Return & Refund Policy
Conditions for Return & Replacement:
We only provide returns and replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged products upon delivery
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
Return Process:
To request a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@giftaze.com or giftazeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Products must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and will undergo a quality check. Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes inspection. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Important Notes:
Returns or replacements are not accepted beyond the stipulated 48-hour window. Please return items only after receiving confirmation from our team. Our delivery partners will make two delivery attempts for returns or replacements. If both attempts fail due to reasons like recipient unavailability, the customer will remain responsible for the order cost.
