However, linseed oil paintings and special portrait work may require additional time due to the detailed crafting process. Customized and personalized items are shipped only after passing a quality inspection.

During peak times, such as holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping. We cannot ship to military addresses or PO boxes, and deliveries to remote or rural areas might experience additional delays. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply. We cannot predict which shipments will incur such fees or their amounts. In the case of order refusal, either the cost of the products or the return shipping charges will be applied.
